Anchoring Hope Fund

SDN fundraised to support the Children's charity Gowana Amal which provides a high-quality community center/service for children fighting cancer from different backgrounds. They were and still are in urgent need of financial support to sustain their broad range of activities, which include providing medical supplies, educational and well-being facilities, and an overall environment that caters for these young champions so that they can remain hopeful and lead a life that every child deserves. 

With the generous support of donors, we raised over £6,000 (4,060,000 SDG) for Gowana Amal through this campaign and in-person UK iftar events in London and Bristol.

Your donations helped us source and provide urgently needed Chemotherapy MTX doses and Nutritional Formula (PediaSure) supplies and pay off Pharmacy Lab bills, Transportation expenses, and Electricity and Water bills for both Khartoum and Wad Madani centres.

Your support provided these strong young souls with hope and gave them a chance to lead a life every child deserves.
