Emergency Sudan Fund

SDN coordinated an emergency response fundraiser to distribute urgently needed COVID-19 supplies to Sudan during the Holy Month of Ramadan, the month of giving. Ramadan 2020 was a different experience for all due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which brought new challenges to Sudan.

Medical Supplies Distribution

We collaborated with the Youth For Change and Development (YFCD) and United Mission for Relief and Development (UMR) to donate essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other medical supplies to hospitals across Sudan. Additionally, a portion of the funds raised was allocated to the #SudanaSafe initiative to continue ongoing efforts to distribute food supplies to families and raise awareness of Covid-19 across Sudan. With the generous support of donors, we raised over $16,000!
